Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is printed and packaged, it will be handed off to the carrier for delivery.
Shipping Times Delivery estimates are based on your location and the carrier’s schedule:

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the product type. Posters and prints may ship separately from other items to ensure safe delivery.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Incorrect Address Please double‑check your shipping address before completing your order. Boston Urban Goods is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us at Mrs. Capgep’s at napcapgep.org with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will assist you with a replacement or claim.
International Duties & Taxes International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
